Talentware was born because we faced the same challenges as you.

We're former employees of major Italian and international companies, with experience in several niches — from fashion, to automotive, and consulting.

Everywhere we went, we encountered the same issue: lack of opportunity.

Zero meritocracy and transparency over career paths...  

Companies struggling to leverage their employees' potential...  

Unsatisfied people and sky-high turnover rates.

This was detrimental to everyone: from unhappy employees, to less competitive businesses unable to fully leverage their potential.

We've been there. But we believed there had to be a solution.

That's why Talentware was born.

We're building the product we wished we'd had.

We launched Talentware in July 2023, thanks in part to our collaboration with Bain Founder Studio.

We listened to the needs of hundreds of HR managers, entrepreneurs, and employees across Europe and America — including top leaders from companies like Coca-Cola and Procter & Gamble.

All this, to create a constantly-evolving product focused on what matters most today for businesses: skills.
